Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK mainland orders are delivered within 2–3 working days; European orders within 4–7 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Yes. We offer free tracked delivery on all orders over £300 to UK mainland and European addresses. Orders below this threshold may be subject to a delivery charge, which will be shown at checkout.
Yes. We now ship to most European countries. Delivery times to Europe are typically 4–7 working days. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received it within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
Our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. You can also use the tracking link to redirect your delivery before it arrives.

Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for UK orders. European customers may be responsible for return shipping costs — please contact us and we will advise on the best process for your country. The club must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, headcover, and documentation intact. Clubs that show signs of use cannot be returned.
Contact us at hello@theironclub.co.uk or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We will advise on the return process for your location and process your refund once the item is received and inspected.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank, but is usually within 5 working days of processing.
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange. The original club must be unused and in its original condition. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Authenticity & Products

Absolutely. Every club sold by The Iron Club is 100% authentic. We source exclusively from authorised distributors and include a certificate of authenticity with every order. If you ever have a concern about a product's authenticity after purchase, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
We currently carry TaylorMade, Titleist, Callaway, Ping and EPON, as well as premium shaft brands including KBS, Fujikura, True Temper and more. We are constantly expanding our collection — sign up to our newsletter to be notified of new arrivals.
Yes. All clubs are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty in addition to our own 30-day returns guarantee. Warranty terms vary by brand — contact us if you need specific warranty information for a product.
Each product listing includes the available flex and shaft options. If you need a specification not listed, contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will do our best to source it for you.
Every order includes The Iron Club certificate of authenticity confirming the product is genuine, the brand, model, and date of purchase. This is included in the box alongside your club and any original manufacturer documentation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay at checkout.
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
Yes. All prices shown on the site are inclusive of 20% UK VAT. European customers: depending on your country, local taxes or import duties may apply at checkout or upon delivery. Any applicable charges will be clearly indicated before you complete your purchase.
